Το Γ.Ν. Ξάνθης ανακοινώνει τη διενέργεια της σύνταξης τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και προτύπων για Προμήθεια Επιτραπέζιας Φυγοκέντρου 48 θέσεων για σωληνάρια 10-12ml (CPV:33190000-8) σύμφωνα με την απόφαση των με αριθμ. 65/17-07-2015/21-07-2015 (θέμα 1ο) συνεδριάσεων της Επιτροπής Προμηθειών Υγείας (Ε.Π.Υ.) (Α.Δ.Α.: Ψ11Η465ΦΥΟ-16Ψ), την απόφαση των με αριθμ. 67/19-11-2015/24-11-2015 συνεδρίασή της (θέμα 1ο ) (ΑΔΑ 73ΜΝ465ΦΥΟ-Φ0Η) και την υπ’ αριθμ. 68/14-12-2015/17-12-2015 συνεδρίαση της (θέμα 6ο ) (ΑΔΑ Ω9ΗΘ465ΦΥΟ-41Ι). Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι προμηθευτές ή/και ενώσεις των ιδίων προμηθευτών, καθώς και άλλοι επίσημοι φορείς, καλούνται να υποβάλουν στην Υπηρεσία μας τις προτεινόμενες τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και πρότυπα του ανωτέρου είδους εντός αποκλειστικής προθεσμίας είκοσι (20) ημερών (από την 07/08/2016 έως και την 26/08/2016). Η υποβολή των προτεινόμενων τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και προτύπων θα γίνει αποκλειστικά μέσω της ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας της επίσημης ιστοσελίδας του Νοσοκομείου (www.hosp-xanthi.gr). Οι ακριβείς εκτυπώσεις αυτών να υποβληθούν στο Νοσοκομείο εντός της ίδιας αποκλειστικής προθεσμίας. Δεν απαιτείται η υποβολή αυτών σε μαγνητική μορφή (cd, dvd, USB memory stick). Κατά τα λοιπά ισχύουν οι προαναφερόμενες αποφάσεις της Ε.Π.Υ. Πληροφορίες παρέχονται όλες τις εργάσιμες ημέρες από 07:00 έως 15:00. The General Hospital of Xanthi announces the performance of the technical specifications and standards drafts for the supply of 48-positions Centrifugal tableware for tubes of 10-12ml (CPV:33190000-8 ) according to the Committee’s of Health Supplies decision of the sessions No 65/17- 07-2015/21-07-2015 (1st subject) (available at the Transparency Portal DIAVGIA - Internet Uploading Number (IUN) : Ψ11Η465ΦΥΟ-16Ψ), decision of the sessions No 67/19-11-2015/24-11-2015 (1st subject) (available at the Transparency Portal DIAVGIA - Internet Uploading Number (IUN) : 73ΜΝ465ΦΥΟ-Φ0Η) and decision of the sessions No 68/14-12-2015/17-12-2015 (6st subject) (available at the Transparency Portal DIAVGIA - Internet Uploading Number (IUN) : Ω9ΗΘ465ΦΥΟ-41Ι). All interested suppliers or/and partnerships of them, as well as other official bodies, are invited to submit to our department the suggested technical specifications and standards for the above item within the twenty (20) day mandatory time-limit (from 07/08/2016 up to 26/08/2016). The submission of the suggested technical specifications and standards will occur exclusively through the e - Platform of the Hospital's official web page (www.hosp-xanthi.gr). The true copies of them should also be submitted to the Hospital within the same mandatory time-limit. No digital copy of them (cd, dvd, USB memory stick) shall be required. For the rest shall apply the above-mentioned decision of the Committee of Health Supplies. Information is to be provided within working days from 7:00 to 15:00.
